Tracy Muklewicz, MS Ed, NCC, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and a Nationally Certified Counselor, and the owner/founder of Insight Therapeutics, Inc. Tracy founded Insight as a practice to be developmentally attuned, attachment-oriented, and insurance friendly, recognizing a clear need for these characteristics in the north and western suburbs. Tracy enjoys working with clients of all ages, children (ages 2+) through adults. Her areas of expertise include various types of play therapy, Theraplay, and EMDR. She has experience in a wide variety of concerns. Tracy's therapeutic orientation can be described as a solid integration of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic theory to help create change. Nora Ochoa, NCC, LPC, joined Insight Therapeutics, Inc. in 2016. Nora is a supportive therapist who will guide you through therapy at your own pace. Nora has experience with a variety of families, couples, teens, children, and individuals with varying beliefs and backgrounds. Nora customizes therapeutic approaches for each individual client to best meet their needs. Nora is a perceptive and sensitive listener, skilled in assessing the needs of others. Foster nurturing environments during sessions where clients can feel safe and provide exceptional clinical techniques to promote positive change is a strong focus for Nora.
Nora completed her MS in Counseling from National Lewis University. She interned at Linden Oaks Hospital during her graduate training. Additionally, Nora has 10 years of experience with children who struggle with attachment, adoption and foster issues, mood and anxiety disorders, divorce, blended families, and social skills deficits. Nora is experienced in attachment-oriented therapies such as Theraplay. In her recent career development, Nora has focused on trauma, depression, attachment, and parenting techniques. Nora appreciates helping families improve their functioning through work with communication skills. Some of the therapeutic approaches she utilizes includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and solutions-focused therapy.
